iFrame Loading Issues in the Fixer

Estimated reading: 1 minute

If the scanner is unable to load your website within an iFrame, it’s likely due to either an iFrame loading restriction or a CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) policy that blocks external requests. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Whitelist Our IP Address

Ensure that the IP address 18.199.111.122 is whitelisted in your server or firewall settings.

2. Update CORS Policy

Contact your website owner or administrator and ask them to adjust the CORS policy. They will need to include the following domains in the CORS headers:

Once these changes are made, our scanner will be able to load your website and perform the necessary scans without any issues.
